Location
The LOFTHOUSE is surrounded by historic villas and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Belarusian Embassy and the Otto Wagner Villa, known today as Fuchs Villa. The artist, Ernst Fuchs, acquired the villa in 1972. It has since been restored by him in the style of Otto Wagner and thus was again filled with new life. Today the building serves as a Private Museum of Ernst Fuchs.
The historic charm of the surrounding area is complemented perfectly by the modern transport infrastructure, such as U4 Hütteldorf subway station. Within minutes you can access local merchants for all of your important daily needs, such as medical, pharmacy, supermarket, drugstore, bank, post office and many restaurants and cafés. A nearby park with an adjoining children’s playground offers a wonderful view of the city of Vienna and thus, is a great escape from the stress of everyday life.
